In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have measures in place to ensure our protocols have been adapted to current needs, minimising the risk of the spreading of COVID-19.

 

We are fully trained and certified by local authority standards and are certified  (Medidas De Prevención Da COVID-19 Na Hostalería E Restauración).

 

As such we ensure:

 

Surface cleaning in common areas – the reception, living room, restaurant and other common areas are sanitised in line with protocols, products and medical frequency.

Room sanitising – we use highly effective cleaning products on all surfaces, objects and decorative items, and cleaning  protocols for laundering textiles.

                                                                                                                                                        

Ventilation to ensure adequate levels of CO2 in shared areas.

All guests are required to wear masks at all times and respect distance measures.
